The Scope Includes The Provision Of The Service, Which Includes: A) Part 1 - Inventory Of All Water Supply Network Facilities B) Part 2 - Development Of A Technical Solution For The System, Consisting In The Preparation Of Technical Documentation, I.E. Electrical Design And Control And Instrumentation) Part 3 - Implementation Of A Supervision And Control System On Water Supply Network Facilities. The Scope Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Control And Measurement Equipment And Automation. All Equipment Is Provided By The Contractor And Must Be Installed At The Employers Facilities. Delivery And Installation Include: Control Cabinets With Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Measuring Devices, Gsm/Gprs Telemetry Modules, Cabling. The Implementation Of A Supervision And Control System For The Management Of The Water Supply Network Is To Enable More Effective Management Of Water Supply To Recipients Through The Ongoing Analysis Of Information From The Water Supply Network Facilities, And Through Additional Collection Of Information About Alarm Events In The Water Supply Network. The System Is Intended To Act As A Platform Containing A Complete Remote Monitoring And Control System. Ultimately, The Platform Is To Be Expandable. The Platform Should Provide A Full Range Of Measurement And Control Data Processing And Analysis. The System Is To Operate On The Contractors Hosting Server, Which Has A Software License With The Right To Share Data (So-Called Hosting License). The System Platform Is Based On Scada Software Commonly Available On The Market. It Is Intended To Allow The User Unlimited And Secure Access To Data From Any Place And Operating System. The Implementation Of The System Is Intended To Increase The Flexibility Of Measurement Data Administration, Reading Process And Network Management. The Proposed System Is To Be An Open System And Scaled Appropriately To The Customers Needs And The Size Of Resources, With The Possibility Of Transferring Data To The Ordering Partys License. D) Part 4 - Employee Training - After Completing The Task, The Contractor Will Conduct Detailed Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The Provided Services, I.E. In The Use Of Gis, Scada Software, Administration Of Measurement Data, Reading Process And Network Management. The Training Should Include A Minimum Of 8 Lessons Of 60 Minutes Each. The Lessons Should Be In The Form Of A Lecture And Practical Exercises For Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party. In Order For The Participation Of The Ordering Partys Employees To Be Active, These Trainings Should Take Place In The Ordering Partys Units Where Gis And Scada Applications Will Be Installed.
