The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of Poniatowskiego Street On A Section Of Approx. 300 Meters From Ul. Przyłuskiego To Ul. Kościuszki As Part Of Investment Task No. 2023/21 Entitled Development Of A Project For The Reconstruction Of Ul. Poniatowski.”2. The Design Work Should Include, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of A Comprehensive Road Expansion Project In Terms Of The Construction Of The Road Surface, Sidewalks, Exits, Roadsides (According To The Attached Concept). 2) Design Of Road Drainage, 3) Industry Study Involving The Reconstruction Of Collisions With The Road System,4) The Designed Road Should Be Connected To The Elevations Of The Surface Grade Of Adjacent Streets And Exits,5) The Designed Longitudinal Sections Of Sidewalks Should Be Profiled In A Way That Ensures Smooth Passage Of Pedestrians Through Intersections And Exits, 6) The Lighting Of The Designed Road Should Be Made In Led Technology,7) Obtaining The Necessary Industry Approval Along The Route Of The Planned Road With Accompanying Devices In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 8) If Necessary - Obtaining Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations, 9) If Found Within The Planned Investment (In Particular In The Area Of ​​Roadside Trees Intended To Be Removed), ) Occurrence Of Species Of Plants, Fungi And Animals That Are The Subject Of Legal Protection, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Materials Necessary To Obtain Decisions Allowing Derogations From Applicable Prohibitions Within The Meaning Of Art. 51, 52 And 56 Of The Nature Conservation Act And Obtain The Necessary Consents (Derogation Decisions) Allowing Derogations From The Prohibitions Applicable To Protected Species. The Scope Of Documentation Includes: 1) Land Development Plan At A Scale Of 1:500, 2) Map For Design Purposes With Plot Boundaries Marked, 3) Map With Divisions Of Plots Along With Their Area And A List Of Owners Of Land Covered By The Project (If Necessary) – 5 Copies With An Electronic Version,4) Geological Research,5) Construction Design – 3 Copies With An Electronic Version:6) Plot Or Area Development Design,7) Architectural And Construction Design,8) Technical Design,9) Design Greenery Management Agreed By The Rośir Of The Municipal Office In Łomianki Together With A List Of Trees Intended For Felling And A Possible Replacement Planting Plan In Agreement With The Ordering Party - 3 Copies With An Electronic Version, 10) Preparation Of Materials And Obtaining Arrangements Necessary To Apply For Consent To Implement The Investment, 11) Permanent Traffic Organization Design Along With The Required Arrangements - 3 Copies With The Electronic Version, 12) Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies With The Electronic Version, 13) Investors Cost Estimate - 2 Copies With The Electronic Version, 14) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - 3 Copies With An Electronic Version, 15) Bioz Information - 3 Copies, 16) Arrangements With Relevant Institutions, Network Owners, 17) Water Law Report Together With Obtaining A Water Law Permit For Rainwater Discharge - 2 Copies With A Version Electronically,18) Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment Or An Appropriate Construction Permit.
