Traian, According To The Specifications In The Specifications Object 13 - Rehabilitation Of The Road System On Ferdinand I Boulevard, Between Şoseaua Mihai Bravu And Strada Traian, According To The Specifications In The Specifications Object 15 - Rehabilitation Of The Road System On Strada Dristolur Between B-Dul Camil Ressu And Strada Baba Novac, According To The Specifications In The Specifications. The Duration Of The Services Is 198 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Issuing The Order To Start The Activities, As Follows: A). Period Of Realization Of The Technical Project: 6 Months; B). Period Of Works Execution: 12 Months; C). Warranty Period For Works And Notification Of Defects: 180 Months. The Contract Is Considered Completed When The Provider: I. Has Carried Out All The Activities Set Out In The Contract And Presented All The Results, As Set Out In Its Offer And In The Contract, Ii. Remedied Any Non-Conformities That Would Not Have Allowed The Use Of The Services By The Purchaser, In Order To Obtain The Anticipated Benefits And Fulfill The Objectives Communicated Through The Terms Of Reference.
