The Contractor Must Operate Ferry Traffic With Its Own Ice-Going Tonnage Between Enklinge Floating Pontoon And Kumlinge Floating Pontoon All Year Round. During The Assignment Period, The Contractor Must Operate According To The Timetables Established By The Client. The Contract Constitutes A Turnkey Contract, Where The Contractor Is Responsible For All Costs Except For Fuel Costs Up To The Consumption Specified In The Tender And Electricity Costs At The Ferry Ports. During The Contract Period, The Contractor Has Full Shipowner Responsibility For The Traffic. When The Ice Condition Causes Such Great Delays That A Trip Between Kumlinge And Enklinge Floating Pontoons Takes Thirty (30) Minutes, The Contractor Switches To An Ice Tour List Agreed With The Customer. At The Moment, The Contractor Shall Not Charge The Customers But Shall Follow The Rules According To The Clients Fee And Booking Decision. The Customer Reserves The Right To Change The Fee And Booking Decision. Any Future Income From Ticket Sales Must Be Transferred To The Customer In Full. The Contractor Must Deliver A Good Passenger Service And Follow The Customers Policy For Passenger Service. Any Complaints Must Be Addressed By The Contractor. The Customer Does Not Charge A Port Fee For The Ports On The Line. The Contractor Also Has Free Access To Electricity For The Ferrys Needs At The Ferry Ports. The Contractor Himself Pays For And Is Responsible For All Waste Management Attributable To The Contract And For The Procurement/Emptying Of The Water Needed To Carry Out The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For And Also Pays For The Oil Waste Management. The Customer Will Possibly Build A Ferry Cabin In Enklinge. In That Case, The Tenderers Ferry Staff Have Rent-Free Access To It. It Is Planned To Be Equipped With A Kitchen, Shower Room, Toilet And Two Bedrooms. The Tenderer Is Asked To Familiarize Himself With The Ferry Traffic, The Ferry Ports And The Waterways On Site. The Floating Pontoons Will Be The Same As Those Used In Cable Ferry Traffic.
