Minimum Estimated Value Of Framework Agreement: 34,145,597.87, Without Vat. Frequency And Value Of Contracts To Be Awarded: Minimum 2 Subsequent Contracts Per Year. The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 11,931,591.69 Lei Without Vat. The Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract: 3,452,688.24 Lei Without Vat. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement As Well As The Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To A Subsequent Contract Can Be Found As Annexes To The Award Documentation/Specifications. The Maintenance Activity During The Winter Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulations On The Prevention And Combating Of Snow On Public Roads - Code And No. 525/2013 And Consists Of: - Installation Of Panels/Snow Protection Systems (As Applicable) - Dismantling Of Panels/Snow Protection Systems, These Will Be Handed Over To The Beneficiary With Minutes (As Applicable) - Mechanical Snow Removal - The Snow Removal Activity Of National Roads Will Be Carried Out In In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation On The Prevention And Combating Of Snow On Public Roads - And Code No. 525/2013 And The Guide On The Prevention And Combating Of Snow On Public Roads - Approved By The Technical-Economic Council Of Cnair-Sa With No. 5036/01.04.2021 And Consists Of: • Mechanical Spreading Of Non-Slip Materials Or Chemical Substances For The Purpose Preventing Or Combating Frost, Ice Or Snow (Hours); • Patrolling With Equipment For Information On The Condition Of National Roads, Expressways And Highways Or To Prevent Snowfall During Quiet Snowfalls Or Moderate Blizzards (Wind Speed Below 30 Km/H) (Hours); • Mechanical Snow Removal With Specific Equipment (Hours); • Clearing Snow-Covered Vehicles That Prevent The Snow Removal Action From The Road Platform (Hours). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Modify Subsequent Contracts According To Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016 Amended And Supplemented, Provided That These Changes Do Not Fall Within The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (7) Of Law 98/2016, Amended And Supplemented, I.E. Not To Represent Substantial Changes. The Object Of The Changes: 1. The Parties To The Contract. 2. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors. The Reason For The Changes: -Status Change. -Weather Conditions. -Omission/Addition Of Some Services From The Specifications; -Various Requirements Of The Author
