The Subject Of The Tender Is Construction Work For The New Construction Of A 4-Story Laboratory And Office Building With A Ventilation Center, Ciim - Center For Individualized Infection Medicine, With Around 4,800 M² Gross Floor Area (Gfa). The Building Is Supplemented By A 1-Story External Warehouse As An Independent Component. The Aim Of Ciims Laboratory Work Is To Individualize The Management Of Infectious Diseases. The Research Activities Aim To Identify Individual Parameters That Influence The Course Of Infections And To Translate These Findings Into Optimized And Individualized Care For Patients With Infectious Diseases. A Total Of 140 Office Workstations And 97 Laboratory Workstations Are To Be Created In The New Building For The Approximately 150 Employees.
