This Must Be Done Through A Holistic Approach That Ensures That The Municipalitys Buildings Are Sustainable In Both Social, Economic, Climate And Environmental Terms. With This Tender, Skanderborg Municipality Wishes To Enter Into A Consultancy Agreement With A Client Consultant Who Can Provide Initial Client Advice In Relation To The Preparation Of A Building Programme, Execution Of Turnkey Tenders As Well As Client Advice And Assistance In The Planning, Execution And Delivery Phases. The Clients Consultant Prepares A Construction Program And Carries Out Tenders For Turnkey Contracts In Early 2025. The Turnkey Tender Must Include The Preparation Of A Concrete Proposal For The Establishment Of The 2Nd Stage – A New 3-Track School. The Construction Is Expected To Be Tendered In A Turnkey Contract And In A Tender With Negotiation. The Service For Client Consultancy On This Specific Project Is Provided In Accordance With Appendix D – Service Description Ybb19_Project Specific.
