ACC will run a multi-staged procurement process to select the ACC Appeals and Reviews Panel. The first stage is an open Registration of Interest (ROI), which we intend to release in early April 2024 on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS). The ROI will be used to shortlist suitable legal professionals for stage two, which will be a closed Request for Proposal (RFP). Successful respondents to the ROI will be invited to submit a response to the RFP, to continue in the procurement process. The services being sought are out of scope of the All of Government (AoG) External Legal Panel.
