This Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Draft General Spatial Development Plan For The Chojnice Commune, Preceded By The Development Of The Necessary Analyses, Forecasts And Balances; 2) The Project Will Be Carried Out: A) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. L/847/2023 Of The Chojnice Commune Council Of December 29, 2023 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Chojnice Commune, B) In Compliance With The Requirements And Procedure Specified In The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Planning And Development Spatial Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended) And Implementing Regulations, C) In Compliance With The Requirements And Procedure Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Method Of Preparing The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, D ) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, 3) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 4) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act, 5) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended),6) Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study For The Purposes Of Developing A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 72 Section 5 Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law.
