Of Hydraulic Cylinders With Covers, Hydraulic Power Supplies And The Connection System Of The Flap Of The Left Span; • Disassembly Of 4 Pcs Of Hydraulic Cylinders Of The Middle Span; • Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of 8 Pcs. Of Cj2w 250/180X2000 Cylinders + Eye, Piston Rod Made Of Carbon Steel, Covered With A Double Layer Of Chrome (0.04+0.04 Mm);• Disassembly Of Cylinder Covers;• Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of 2 Pcs. Of Hydraulic Power Units. Technical Data Of The Existing Power Supplies: - Drive Unit With A Piston Pump With A Working Pressure Of 25 Mpa, Driven By An Electric Motor With A Power Of 5.5 Kw And Speed Of 1450/Min; - Control Unit, Equipped With A Gear Pump With A Capacity Of 2.5 L/Min, Working Pressure Of 7, 5 Mpa, Pump Motor 7Kw And Speed 1450/Min.  The Working Fluid In The Power Supply Is Hydraulic Oil In The Amount Of 102L, The Capacity Of The Entire Hydraulic System Is Approx. 300 L. The System Should Ensure Emergency Possibility Of Maneuvering The Flap At The Npp Level Using One Power Supply Unit And One Pair Of Actuators. The Power Supply Unit Should Be Equipped With An Oil Drying System, A Pan For Possible Leaks And Other Necessary Equipment To Ensure Long-Term And Safe Operation Of The Power Supply System; • Execution Stainless Steel Connection Installation On Span No. 1 In Places Of Rigid And Flexible Connections In Places Of Movable Connections Between Power Supplies And Actuators And Pressure Gauges At The Actuators;• Connection Of Power Supplies To The Existing Electrical Switchboards;• Disposal Of Hydraulic Oil Currently In The Drive System;• Filling The System New Hydraulic Oil;• Development And Submission Of Technical And Working Documentation For Power Supplies And Operating Instructions;• Regeneration Of The Existing Renovation Closure Of The Weir In The Scope Of: Sandblasting And Double Painting Of All Elements Of The Renovation Closure (Trestles, Penstocks, Footbridge) From The Upper And Lower Water Sides; Installation Of Seals For The Closure From The Lower Water Side; Delivery Of A Set Of Slings For The Closure From The Lower Water Side; Supplementation Of The Missing Barrier Elements For The Renovation Closure Footbridges (Posts, Rope, Etc.). The Contractor Is Obliged To Follow The Recommendations Contained In These Documents Along With Establishing The Rules For Their Implementation. At The Same Time, After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Indicate The Scope/Sections Of The Works In The As-Built Documentation, Which Were Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Along With Justification, And Will Also Present Photographic Documentation Showing The Condition Before And After The Execution Of The Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Annex No. 11 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; Annex No. 12 - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; Annex No. 14 - Design Documentation.
