Building Data: - Year Of Construction: 1930, - Number Of Above-Ground Storeys: 3, - Building Area: 605 M2, - Utility Function, - Approximate Roof Area - 458.00 M2 ,- Usable Area Of ​​The Floor To Be Reconstructed/Renovated - 317.6 M2, - Wooden Roof Truss, - Sheathing - Galvanized Steel Sheet, - The Facility Is Listed In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Scope Of The Planned Construction Works Will Include In Particular: 1. Roof Renovation/Reconstruction: A) Complete Replacement Of The Roof Covering, B) Partial, Depending On Needs, Replacement Of The Roof Truss Structure, C) Roof Insulation, D) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Roof Gutters And Downpipes.2. Renovation Of The Facade Facing The Yard, Including Insulation And Drainage.3. Replacement Of The Electrical Installation.4. Replacement Of The Water And Sewage Installation Along With Connections To The Kitchenette And Staff Toilet.5. Installation Of Air Conditioning.6. Construction Of A Computer Network With A Server Room. 7. Reconstruction Of The Internal Parking Lot With The Access Area, Including Drainage And The Approach To The Elevator.8. Construction Of An Elevator Shaft From The Zero Floor (Parking Lot) To The Second Floor With The Installation Of A Passenger Lift.9. Reconstruction Of The Top Floor Of The Building With Adaptation To The Needs Of The Future User - The Day Support Center - Including Construction Works Such As: A) Complete Replacement Of The Roof Covering, B) Adaptation Of The Room Into A Kitchen With An Annex, C) Adaptation Of The Room Into A Bathroom For Staff, D) Renovation /Reconstruction Of Bathrooms For Participants Along With Adaptation Of Rooms For People With Disabilities, Including Installation Of A Call Systeme) Renovation/Reconstruction Of Staircases, F) Replacement Of Floors And Joists, G) Replacement Of Doors, Lighting, H) Demolition And Erection Of Partition Walls, Development Doors, Installation Of A Sliding Partition Wall, I) Plastering And Painting The Walls. In The Scope Of Developing Design Documentation, The Order Includes: 1) Inventory Documentation, 2) Construction Design Together With Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents That Must Be Attached Under The Provisions Of Separate Acts, 3) Detailed Design, 4) Bill Of Quantities, 5) Specifications Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 6) Investors Cost Estimate, 7) Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, 8) Information Card Of The Project Referred To In Art. 62A Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessment9) Information Describing How The Designed Infrastructure Fits Into Eu And National Policies Regarding Environmental Protection, Sustainable Development And Changes Climate, 10) Environmental Impact Report Of The Project, If The Authority Competent To Issue A Decision On Environmental Conditions Determines The Obligation To Conduct An Environmental Impact Assessment Of The Project And Determines The Scope Of This Report. During The Public Procedure For The Selection Of The Investment Contractor, The Subject Of The Order Will Include: 1) Preparation For The Ordering Party Comprehensive And Detailed Answers To Questions And Explanations Regarding The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, 2) Preparation Of Corrections, Modifications And Additions To The Design Documentation Resulting From The Questions And Answers Provided. During The Supervision Of The Investment Implementation, The Subject Of The Order Will Include The Performance Of The Designers Activities Specified In Construction Law, In Particular The Exercise Of Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 And Performing The Activities Referred To In Art. 36A Section 6, Art. 36B Section 1 And 2. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: 1) Explain To The Contractor Of Construction Works And The Substitute Investor Any Doubts Arising During The Implementation Of Construction Works Regarding The Design Documentation And The Solutions Contained Therein, 2) Complete The Details Of The Design Documentation, Within The Deadlines Set By The Ordering Party Or The Substitute Investor ,3) Agreeing And Assessing The Validity Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Design Documentation, Submitted By The Ordering Party Within The Deadlines Set By The Ordering Party, 4) Developing Designs And Alternative Solutions That Will Result From The Request For Their Introduction By The Ordering Party Or The Substitute Investor, Within The Deadlines Designated By Them, 5) Stays Of Designers On The Construction Site At The Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Substitute Investor And Participation In Technical Meetings, Meetings, Etc., On Dates Set By The Ordering Party Or The Substitute Investor; Minimum Number Of Stays: 5, Maximum: 20.6) Participation In The Acceptance Of Individual, Significant Parts Of Construction Works And In The Final Acceptance Of The Investment.2. A Detailed Description Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Work Is Included In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Scope Described In Points 1 - 2 Above And All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 2 Years (24 Months), Counting From The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.5. As Part Of The Agreed Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Copyrights Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2509) To All Documents Created As A Result Of The Implementation Order In The Manner And To The Extent Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, To Ensure That The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users Are Taken Into Account When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract.
