Task 1 - Will Be Implemented On The Plot With Geod. No. 236, In Dobrzyniówka, Zabłudów Commune At 40 Dobrzyniówka, Building Of The Primary School. Simona Kossak - Stage I: 1) Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With A Work Schedule In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682), As Amended. Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.54), As Amended. Died Act Of July 20, 2017 Water Law (Journal Of Laws 2023.1478), As Amended. Died Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002, On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Journal Of Laws 2022.0.1225), As Amended. Changes And Other Changes Not Listed And Indicated In The Ffu And Resulting From Applicable Regulations; The Schedule Should Be Divided Into Stages. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Consisting Of Plans, Drawings, Bills Of Quantities Or Other Documents Enabling A Clear Determination Of The Type And Scope Of Basic Construction Works As Well As The Conditions And Exact Location Of Their Implementation, Bill Of Quantities And Designs, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Separate Regulations. . 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit For Approval Within 14 Days Of Signing The Contract With The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule Specifying The Dates Of Completion Of Individual Stages Of Work. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Design Concept And Present It Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Ordering Party. 5) In The Event Of Any Comments Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Include Them In The Design Documentation And Work Schedule And Resubmit Them To The Ordering Party, Awaiting Written Approval. The Deadline For The Contractor To Take Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party Will Be Set In Consultation With The Contractor. 6) Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In 5 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version. 7) The Required Study Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Prepared And Submitted To The Ordering Party In The Following Quantity And Form: - Design Concept: 2 Pieces In Version Paper + Pdf Format Summary Of Costs - Tabular In Electronic Form (Excel Document) Summary Of Expected Costs Of Implementing The Entire Investment, The Design Concept Will Include Conceptual Drawings Showing The Appearance Of All Building Facades Along With Projections Of All Floors, In Particular The Attic Above The New Part Building, The Design Concept Will Be Subject To Written Approval By The Ordering Party. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Legally Required Permits, Notifications, Authorizations, Derogations And Others Required For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 9) Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users. 10) Authors Supervision Over The Prepared Documentation By The Contractor From The Moment Of Obtaining The Building Permit, Throughout The Entire Investment Implementation Period Until The Signing Of The Final Completion Protocol Construction Works.11) The Contractor Will Transfer The Proprietary Rights To The Completed Design Documentation To The Ordering Party.12) The Above-Mentioned Scope Of The Designed Construction Works Is Not A Closed Catalog And May Change Depending On The Design Solutions Adopted By The Contractor. 13) Written Approval Of The Design Documentation Together With The Work Schedule Begins The Second Stage, I.E. Implementation Of Construction Works. - Stage Ii: Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of The School Building, Along With The Replacement Of Installations Based On The Design Documentation, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Demolition Of Old Floors;2) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery With Those That Meet Technical Conditions;3) Construction Of New/Reconstruction Of Existing Stairs Leading To The Attic Above The New Part So That They Meet Technical Conditions4) Demolition Of Some Conflicting Ventilation Chimneys, Unblocking The Existing Ones, Possible Construction Of New Ones, If Necessary; 5) Demolition Of The Vestibule Of The New Part, Leaving An Exit To The Outside; 6) Installation Of Roof Windows In The Attic Of The New Part; 7) Changing The Roof Covering 8) Insulating The Façade And Re-Boarding It With Wooden Boarding, With Maximum Using The Existing Clapboard;9) Insulating Floors And Attics;10) Constructing A Ramp For People With Disabilities;11) Finishing The Attic Space In The Old Part Of The Building With Osb Boards;12) Superstructure Of The Attic In The New Part Of The School In Order To Use It For Classrooms ; 13) Adaptation Of The Brick Boiler Room Into A Utility Part: Place For The Heat Pump, Warehouse, Maintenance Room; 14) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels, Switchboards, Plug Sockets And Others; 15) Dismantling The Existing Boiler Room And Changing The Heat Source To A Heat Pump, Possible Expansion Heating System, With Maximum Use Of The Existing System;16) Renovation Of Rooms Resulting From Work Carried Out In The Field Of Replacing Window Frames, Electrical Installations Or Central Heating;17) Tidying Up The Work Area, Waste Disposal;18) Other Not Mentioned, But Included In The Fup And Resulting From From The Applicable Regulations And Technical Conditions And The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor.19) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining All Occupancy Permits On Behalf Of The Ordering Party4. The Subject Of The Order For Task 2 Includes: 1) Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works Performed As Part Of: Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of The Primary School Building. Somony Kossak In Dobrzyniówka, Together With The Development Of The Area Around The School On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party.2) The Task Includes The Supervision Of The Investors Inspector Of Works In The Field Of Construction, Installation In The Field Of Networks, Electrical And Power Installations And Devices, Installations In The Field Of Networks , Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water Supply And Sewage Installations And Devices, And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994.
