The Works Include The Disconnection And Removal Of The Lphw Pipework Serving The Central Section Of The School Facility And The Installation Of New Lphw Pipework To Serve The Classrooms, Offices And General Circulation Areas Affected. The Works Include The Installation Of New Individual Room Temperature Control Utilising New Wall Mounted Thermostats And Associated Motorised Valves In Each Room. The Existing Circulating Pump And Pressurisation Unit Is To Be Replaced As Part Of These Works. The Boiler Room Control Panel Is To Be Modified To Accommodate The New Controls. All Electrical Works Are To Be Included In This Contract
