The Construction Site Is The Renewal Of The Ventilation/Air Conditioning And Heating System Of The Jukola Daycare Center (Aleksis Kiven Tie 1, 02580 Siuntio, Property Id: 755-459-1-569 And Building Id: 1006159914) Located In The Siunti Municipalitys Site Plan Area, According To The Plans, Plan Drawings, Descriptions And Contract Program. -/Air Conditioner- Ground Heat/Cooling And Heat Distribution/Heat Pumping Rooms, Geothermal/Cooling Wells And Solar Energy Recovery Systems As A Turnkey Turnkey Project With All Possible Additional, Work And Other Planning, Design Approval, Demolition, Building -, With Electrical, Heating, Water And Sewage, Cooling, Ventilation, Adjustment, Remote Control And Monitoring And Building Automation Works With All Materials, Machines, Devices, Installations And Other Works, Fully Completed, Tested, Functional And Usable With Final Documentation Handed Over To The Customer. The Contractor Must Implement The Construction Site In Accordance With The Plans In Stages As Follows: Phase 1 Structural Technical Demolition, Alteration And New Construction Works, Reservations And Route Preparations For The 2Nd Phase Air Conditioning Works, Dismantling Of The District Heating Pipelines And The Corresponding Equipment Of The Heat Distribution Room, And Construction Of The Geothermal System In Working Order With Wells And Electricity Storage Units, And Putting It Into Use During The Year 2024 In The Following Period: 01.07. – 20.12.2024.Phase 2 (Option) Renewal Of The Ventilation/Air Conditioning System And Introduction Of The Ground Cooling System With All Air Conditioning Machines, Devices And Pipelines, Including The Hvac Work Related To The Above And The Construction And Introduction Of The Solar Energy Recovery System During 2025 In The Following Period 01.03. – 30.11.2025. The Contractor Must Take Into Account That The Target May Be The Object Of The Users Operational Activities Continuously Or Periodically During The Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor, Together With The Supervisor And The Users Representative, Always Prepares, In The Agreed Order, On His Own, As An Integral Part Of The Overall Contract Performance, To Plan In Advance, Build, Move, Dismantle And Remove Temporary Protective Structures And Passageways That Require The Users Safe Operation From The Site, With All Dust-Tight, Practical And, As Far As Possible, Soundproof Temporary Doors, Walls And With Interior Roof Structures.
