The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Restoration And Expansion Of The Control And Measurement System /Kis/ On The Territory Of Balchik Municipality - 1St Stage In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement, Contained In A Separate Document. The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities, Conditionally Divided Into Two Stages: First Stage: Carrying Out An Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Survey In The Defined Territorial Scope; Second Stage: Restoration Of Kis - Inclinometric And Piezometric Drillings Along Two Engineering-Geological Profiles; Geodetic Surveying Of The Built Kis; Zero Measurement Of Cis Elements.
