The Procedure Is Opened On The Basis Of Art. 79, Paragraph 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code And In Accordance With Decree No. 347 Of 08.12.2016 Of The Ministry Of Justice, Which Approved The List Of Goods Under Art. 79 And Art. 191, Paragraph 1., Item 6 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Delivery Of Goods That Are Traded On The Commodity Exchange, Which Is Grounds For Initiating The Procedure By Negotiation Without Prior Notice, According To Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Zop. The Delivery Of Fuels Will Take Place On The Stock Exchange Through A Stock Broker, Under The Terms Of The Law On Commodity Exchanges And Markets. A Contract For This Order Will Be Concluded Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Stock Exchange Rules Of Sofia Stock Exchange Jsc.
