Urban Planning Services – Update/Development And Transposition Into Digital Format Of The Territory And Town Planning Documents Of The Municipality Of Caria. Following This Procedure, A Service Contract Will Be Concluded, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 And Hg 395/2016. The Object Of The Contract In Question Consists In Updating / Elaboration And Transposition In Digital Format Of The Territory Planning And Urban Planning Documentation Of The Municipality Of Carei, Necessary For The Implementation Of Project No. C10-I4-77, Provided In The Framework Of The Contract Financed By The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Component C10 Local Fund, Investment I.4 – Elaboration/Update In Gis Format Of Spatial Planning And Urban Planning Documentation Having The Following Stages: • Stage I - Realization Of Topographic Support And Data Integration • Stage Ii - Development Of Foundation Studies • Stage Iii - Development Of The Integrated Multi-Criteria Diagnostic Analysis And The Spatial Development Strategy • Stage Iv - Development Of The Preliminary Form Of The Pug Urban Planning Documentation And The Three Puz- Uri As Follows: Zonal Urban Plan (Puz) For The Central Area In The Municipality Of Carei; Zonal Urban Plan (Puz) For Protected Built-Up Areas And Protection Of Monuments In The Municipality Of Carei; Zonal Urban Plan (Puz) For The Agreement And Tourism Area In The Municipality Of Carei • Stage V - Obtaining Approvals And/Or Agreements, Final Drafting Of The Pug Urban Planning Documentation And The Three Puzs - With The Introduction Of All Observations From The Approvals And/Or Or Agreements, Approval Through Hcl • Stage Vi – Elaboration Of The Final Form Of The Pug And The Three Puzs And The Integration Of The Rlu In Digital Format In The Gis Solution Providing The Update Of The General Urban Plan Of The Municipality Of Carei In The Gis Will Be Carried Out Within The Maximum Period 21 Months (Term Of Effective Delivery, Without Taking Into Account The Periods Between The Contractual Stages): Urban Planning Component Stage I - Realization Of Topographical Support: Maximum 2 Months From The Signing Of The Contract Stage Ii - Elaboration Of Foundation Studies: Maximum 5 Months From Signing Of The Contract Stage Iii - Elaboration Of The Integrated Multi-Criteria Diagnostic Analysis, Of The Spatial Development Strategy: Maximum 6 Months From The Signing Of The Contract Stage Iv - Elaboration Of The Preliminary Form Of The Pug Urban Planning Documentation And The 4 Masterplan Type Concept Plans: Maximum 9 Months From The Signing Of The Contract Stage V - Obtaining Opinions And/Or Agreements, Final Drafting Of The Pug Urban Planning Documentation - With The Introduction Of All Observations From Opinions And/Or Agreements, Approval By Hcl: Maximum 20 Months From The Signing Of The Contract. In The Situation Where The Period For Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And The Approval Of The General Urban Plan Exceeds This Period, For Reasons Independent Of The Will Of The Contracting Authority Or The Provider, The Parties Can Establish By Mutual Agreement By Means Of An Additional Act The Corresponding Extension Of The Duration Of This Stage. Stage Vi – Elaboration Of The Final Form Of The Pug: Maximum 21 Months From The Signing Of The Contract It Component License Provision
