Helen Oy (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit Or The Client) Is Building A New Heat Pump Plant In Salmisaari, Helsinki. The Plant Produces District Heating Power For The Helsinki District Heating Network And Cooling Power For The Helsinki District Cooling Network. In This Procurement, Helen Oy (Customer) Is Looking For One (1) Supplier To Supply Control And Actuator Shut-Off Valves For The Air-To-Water Heat Pump Plant In Salmisaari. The Valves Available Are Sizes Dn25 - Dn400. There Are Approximately 109 Actuated Valves. The Scope Of Delivery Consists Of The Following Valve Types With Actuators: A) Weldable Ball Valves B) Weldable Flap Valves C) Flap Valves Installed Between Flanges D) Flanged Ball Valves And 3-Way Valves Delivery Time For Valves With Actuators Is By 28 February 2025. The Gsdml Files Of The Electric Actuators Must Be Delivered To The Customer By The End Of November 2024 At The Latest. According To The Current Schedule, The Valves Will Be Connected To The Plants Pipelines In Connection With The Process Pipeline Installation Work To Be Carried Out In Early 2025. According To The Preliminary Schedule, The Commissioning Of The Valves Is Scheduled For April 2025. The Supplier Must Undertake To Deliver According To The Schedule Specified By The Customer. The Schedule Is Binding On All Project Parties. Changes To The Schedule Require The Approval Of All Parties.
