Sale Of Travel Tickets And Package Tours Services – Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Domestic And Foreign Airline Tickets Upon Request Of The Institute Of Oceanology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences. 1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Successfully Comprehensively Book And Purchase Airline Tickets In The Classes Required By The Ordering Party; 2) Accepting And Executing An Order From The Ordering Party Regarding Reservation, Changing The Reservation, Purchasing A Ticket And Making Any Possible Changes To The Purchased Ticket; 3) Processing The Reservation Order No Later Than Within 1 Hour Of Receiving It; 4) Immediate Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Purchase Order And Its Execution Within 4 Hours Of Its Receipt; 5) Ensuring The Possibility Of Making A Reservation 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Changing The Reservation And Purchasing A Ticket, Also On Non-Working Days And Holidays; 6) Service Of The Ordering Party Provided Each Time By A Person With The Authorization Of An Airline Cashier; 7) Ensuring Collision-Free Implementation Of Multi-Stage Foreign And Domestic Connections And The Possibility Of Combining Them; 8) Proposing The Optimal Connection And Alternative Connections In Which The Total Travel Time Is Important; 9) Offering The Cheapest Tickets On A Given Route Specified By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Lowest Available Published Tariffs, Negotiated Rates And Promotional Rates; 10) Offering Various Connection Options (At Least Three Of The Cheapest Connections); 12) Reminders About Upcoming Ticket Redemption Dates For Previously Made Reservations; 13) At The Request Of The Ordering Party - To Extend The Reservations Made, And If It Is Not Possible To Extend The Reservation At The Current Price, Notify The Ordering Party About This Fact And About The New Price; 14) Informing The Ordering Party Each Time About All Changes Regarding The Reserved Or Purchased Tickets - Immediately After Obtaining Such Information; 15) In The Event Of Sudden, Free Delivery Of The Ticket To The Customer Service Office At The Airport, Or To The Airline Ticket Sales Point Of The Carrier Operating The Flight; 16) If The Journey Begins In A Place Other Than Poland, Ensuring The Possibility Of Collecting The Ticket Free Of Charge At The Representative Office In The Country Of Departure Or, After Agreeing With The Ordering Party, Delivering The Ticket To The Recipient Free Of Charge In Another Way Enabling The Start Of The Journey On The Specified Date; 17) Providing Information And Assistance To The Traveling Person In The Event Of Changes During The Trip; 18) Providing Assistance To A Traveling Person In An Emergency Situation, Including Access To A 24-Hour Helpdesk; 19)Negotiating With Specific Carriers Favorable Terms For The Ordering Party To Cancel The Ordered Tickets; 20) Ensuring Free Replacement Of A Previously Purchased Ticket In The Event Of The Carriers Bankruptcy; 21) Organizing And Securing Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Contractual Conditions, Applicable Polish Regulations, As Well As The Regulations Of The Target Countries; 22) If Urgent Trips Are Necessary, Add Extra
