The Service Includes The Consultants Duties In Accordance With The Agreement, Based On The Gtc And Swk, In Particular: - Supervision Over The Design, Verification Of The Design Documentation, Its Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Verification Of The Results Of Control Calculations In Order To Find Possible Errors, - Management, Performing Investor Supervision And Controlling The Implementation Of Works Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Payment Certificate, - Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Respect With The Ordering Party, Including, Among Others: With The Branch Director, Project Manager And The Communication Position In The Gddkia Branch And The Contractors Representatives, - Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Arising From Eu Procedures And Cooperation In This Respect With Gddkia Services, - Fulfilling Obligations Arising From The Procedures Contained In The Applicable Requirements/Guidelines Regarding Co-Financed Investments From Eu Funds And Current Procedures Of The Beneficiary Of Projects For Opi&E (Or Procedures That Will Be Applied In The Next Eu Perspective), - Providing Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participation In Warranty Inspections And Supervising The Removal Of Any Faults/Defects Identified In Warranty Inspections, In Under The Concluded Contract, - Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, - Supervising Design Work And Works In The Scope Of Additional Tasks Necessary To Perform The Project Arising During The Implementation Of The Contract - Granted On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Law , - Constant Monitoring, Conducting And Resolving Matters Related To The Proper Execution By Individual Contractors Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works At The Interface Of Neighboring Contracts, As Well As Close Cooperation With The Consultants Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Obliged To Develop The Principles And Method Of Proper Execution Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works.
