Medical Information Systems – Oral Health Care Management System / Kymenlaakso Welfare Area. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Acquisition Of An Oral Health Care Enterprise Control System For The Use Of The Kymenlaakso Wellness Area, So That In The Actual Twelve (12) Month Contract Period, The Enterprise Control System Pilot Period Will Be Implemented In One Dental Clinic. As An Option, The Customer Reserves The Option To Continue Using The Erp System As A Continuous Service As An Indefinite Contract After The End Of The Actual Contract Period, And To Expand The Use Of The Erp System To 1 To 3 Dental Clinics In Addition To The Karhula Dental Clinic. The Operational Control System Would Therefore Be Used In A Maximum Of Four (4) Dental Clinics. The Subscriber Reserves The Possibility To Use The Acquired System For Sending Patient Text Messages As A Service. The Subscriber Can Also Send Patient Text Messages Using Their Own Telecom Operator Contract. The Subscriber Makes A Decision About The Possible Use Of The Option And The Expansion Of The Operation Separately. The Customer Makes A Decision On The Possible Use Of The Option By The End Of The Actual Contract Period. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 8 Description Of The Procurement To This Request For Tenders. The Operational Control System For Oral Health Care Will Be Implemented In The Pilot Phase In 6–10 Reception Rooms At The Karhula Dental Clinic In Kotka. The Acquired System Enables A Change In The Operating Model, Where, Based On The Assessment Of The Need For Treatment By A Professional, Several Treatment Procedures Can Be Performed On The Patient In One Visit. With This One Time More Operating Model, It Is Possible To Completely Complete The Patients Treatment Even In The First Visit, And Those Who Need More Treatment Can Also Receive Treatment In Fewer Visits Compared To Traditional Reception Operations. The System Is Delivered On A Turnkey Basis. In Addition To The Actual Enterprise Resource Planning System, The Procurement Includes Related Installation, Commissioning, Training, Reporting, Maintenance, Support, Integration, Analysis And Development Services. In Addition To This, The Purchase Includes The Implementation Of A Customer Feedback Survey During The Pilot. The Operational Control System For Oral Health Care Must Be Implemented By November 1, 2024. Commissioning Is Considered To Have Taken Place When The Customer Has Separately Approved The Delivered System And The System Meets All The Requirements Stated In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Terms Used In This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices: Customer Refers To The Procurement Unit And The Party To The Service Contract That Uses The System. The Subscriber Can Also Be Referred To As The Customer. Service Provider Means The Provider And The Party To The Service Contract, Which Provides The System Services To The Subscriber Under The Conditions Described In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Service Provider Can Also Be Referred To By The Term Supplier. The System Refers To The Operational Management Of Oral Healthcare Described In This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices
