Tenders Are Invited For Indoor Plants Hire, Install And Maintenance

This Contract Is For The Hire, Install, And Maintenance Of Indoor Plants Within The Three City Of Gold Coast City Administration Buildings In The Bundall Precinct Located In Holden Place And Karp Court Bundall, Gold Coast, However Not Limited To Including Any Other Provisional Sites As Directed By The Principal. The Three Sites And The Levels That Require Indoor Plant Supply And Maintenance Within The Buildings Are Described As Follows: •Site 1 – Karp Court (6 Levels Total: Ground Level, Level 4 To 8)•Site 2 – Waterside East (6 Levels Total: Ground Level To Level 5)•Site 3 – Waterside West (6 Levels Total: Ground Level To Level 5)Concept Floor Drawings Have Been Supplied As Part Of The Tender (See Appendix A). A Full Set Of Detailed Floor Designs Will Be Supplied To The Appointed Contractor.The Principal Requires A Suitably Experienced And Resourced Contractor To Supply, Install And Maintain Indoor Plants Carefully Selected To Thrive In The Above Mentioned Various Indoor Spaces And Indoor Environments. The Contractor Must Collaborate With The Project Team To Identify Suitable Plant Species And Plant Container Options (E.G., Planter Boxes, Pots) That Align With The Design Vision And Functional Requirements Of Each Space. Supply A Selection Of High-Quality Plants And Plant Containers (Where Applicable) That Are Resilient, Aesthetically Pleasing, And Compatible With Indoor Office Environments. Install And Arrangement Of The Plants In Strategic Locations To Maximise Their Visual Impact And Health Benefits. Implement A Comprehensive Maintenance Program For The Term Of The Contract To Ensure The Ongoing Health And Vitality Of The Plants, Including – At Minimum – Watering, Pruning, Pest Control And Fertilising – Any Other Services That Incur A Fee Must Be Approved In Writing By The Principal.
