Air Filters – Ventilation Filters For Pirkanmaas Wellness Area. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy Is Bidding For A Framework Contract Supplier (Hereinafter Supplier) For The Procurement Of Ventilation Filters (Hereinafter Filters) For The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area (Pirha). With The Agreement, Ventilation Filters Will Be Procured For The Sites Under Pirhas Maintenance Responsibility, The Most Significant Of Which Are Currently Tays Central Hospital, Tays Pitkäniemi, Tays Sastamala, Tays Valkeakoski, Coxa Oy And Tampere Heart Hospital. There May Be Changes To The Sites Under Pirhas Maintenance Responsibility, Sites May Be Removed Or More May Be Added. The Framework Agreement Includes The Possibility To Purchase Filters For The Sites That Will Eventually Become Pirhas Maintenance Responsibility Under The Terms Of The Framework Agreement. This Purchase Covers The Normal Epm1-Coarse Filters For Ventilation (No Hepa, Activated Carbon, Etc. Special Filters). The Target Start Date Of The Agreement Is January 1, 2025. After The Fixed 24-Month Contract Period, It Is Possible To Extend The Contract With A Two-Year Option Period. The Use Of The Option Period Is Decided By The Customer, Who Informs The Supplier About The Use Of The Option Period No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. This Agreement Does Not Bind The Subscriber To Any Order Quantity, I.E. The Agreement Does Not Contain A Quantity Or Minimum Purchase Obligation.
