The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of The Following Services: Public Transport Of Passengers On The Pomorie - Kableshkovo Bus Line From The Established Municipal Transport Scheme. The Bus Line Is Run Year-Round By One Driver Along The Route: Pomorie - Center, Pomorie - Hlebozavod Magazine, Pomorie - Bez Magazine. Drinks, Pomorie - Former Ag Magazine, Kamenar Quarter, Kableshkovo Town, Dabnik Village, Gaberovo Village, Kableshkovo Town, Laka Village, Kamenar Quarter, Pomorie - Former Bus Station Magazine, Pomorie – Magazine Bez. Drinks, Pomorie - Magazine Hlebozavod, Pomorie - Center, With Departure Times As Follows: From Pomorie: 6:45*; 8:40*; 11:30 *; 17:30 *; From Kableshkovo: 8:00*; 9:15; 13:15; 18:20; !!! Note: Regarding Courses Marked With A “*” Sign: The Course At 8:40 A.M. Does Not Pass Through The Villages Of Dabnik And Gaberovo; The 11:30 A.M. Course Does Not Run On Holidays And Weekends; The Course At 5:30 P.M. Does Not Run Through The Village Of Laka; The Course At 6:45 A.M. From The Town Of Pomorie-Center And At 8:00 A.M. From The Town Of Kableshkovo Are Not Performed In The Period From June 15 To September 15 Of Each Calendar Year. Total Length – 55.6 Km; Total Travel Time – 1 Hour And 02 Minutes; Total Travel Time – 1 Hour And 17 Minutes; Average Technical Speed – 53.8 Km/H; Average Communication Speed – 43.32 Km/H; Number Of Buses Required For The Implementation Of The Route Schedule – 1 (One) Number Of Basic Buses, Meeting The Requirements Of Art. 37, Item 3, Letter B Of Ordinance No. 2 Of March 15, 2002 On The Terms And Conditions For Approving Transport Schemes And For Carrying Out Public Transport Of Passengers By Buses Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications And Art. 149 Of The Law On Road Traffic, Namely That The Bus Must Be Category M2 And/Or M3 Depending On The Number Of Passengers, With Classes Ii, Iii And B, If There Is A Luggage Compartment With Sufficient Capacity And With Access From The Outside. General Requirements: To Implement The Route Schedules, The Contractor Should Keep Available 1 (One) Number Of Spare Buses, Meeting The Requirements Of Art. 37, Item 3, Letter B Of Ordinance No. 2 Of March 15, 2002 On The Terms And Conditions For Approving Transport Schemes And For Carrying Out Public Transport Of Passengers By Buses Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications And Art. 149 Of The Law On Road Traffic, Namely That The Bus Must Be Category M2 And/Or M3 Depending On The Number Of Passengers, With Classes Ii, Iii And B, If There Is A Luggage Compartment With Sufficient Capacity And With Access From The Outside.
