To Support Its Operations, Hepa Uses The Following Integrated, Comprehensive Company Management System, Which Includes: - The Hepa Fusionr Erp System, Which Supports Economic Processes, - The Hepa Edm System, Which Optimizes Document Management, - The Hepa Crm System, Which Manages The Entire Provided By A Professional Database, - And The Hepa Tender Management System, Which Supports The Professional Processing Of Hepa Tenders. Data Connections Between Fusionr Erp And Hepas Crm System Are Implemented With Customized Interfaces. For Hepas Foreign Trade Strategy And The Development Of Export Activities Formulated As Its Objective, It Is Necessary To Operate And Further Develop The Above-Mentioned Integrated, Unique Software Package Fully Tailored To Hepas Operation And According To Current Needs. Systems Are The Basis Of Hepa Operation. In These Systems, The Processes Set Out In The Organizational And Operating Regulations Are Implemented, In These Systems Hepa Manages The Information And Sensitive Data Generated During Its Core Activities (Hereinafter: Data). Hepas Crm System Also Forms The Basis Of The Foreign Trade Integrated Cooperation Platform (Hereinafter: Kiep) Developed By The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And Trade (Kkm). The System Used To Store Information From Thousands Of Smes Supporting The Foreign Trade Activities Of The Kiep Domestic Sme Sector, Which Enables Hepa And Its Partners To Respond More Quickly To Business Needs. The Winning Tenderer Must Provide The Following Services During The Contract Period, According To The Professional Description Issued As Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation: • Assessment Of Needs Related To Fusionr Erp, Hepa Crm, Hepa Application Management System; • Preparation Of A Functional Specification; • Assessment Of Resource Systems And Processes Related To Systems; • Administrative Organization Consulting In Order To Ensure That The Information Required For The Systems Is Properly Registered In The Administrative Systems Used As The Source Of The Systems; • Development Of Systems Corresponding To The Accepted Functional Specification; • Determination Of Necessary Software Licenses; • Creating A Test And Live System Environment; • Holding The Education And Practical Training Necessary For The Use Of The Systems For Key Users At The Headquarters Of The Bidder, Using The It Tools Provided By The Bidder; • User Testing Support; • Training Of Operators, In Order To Ensure That The Performance Of Operational And Administrative Tasks Is At An Appropriate Level After The System Has Been Handed Over; • Performing Developer Tests Before The System Handed Over For User Testing; • Supporting The Introduction Of The Upgraded And Transferred System; • Preparation Of Documents Related To The Development And Operation Of The System (Without The Need For Completeness): • Interface Descriptions; • Testing Plan, Scenario, Testing Confirming Successful Testing
