Refuse And Waste Related Services – Delegating The Management Of The Sorting Activity Of Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Collected Separately In Sector 2 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest, Including The Transport Of The Residues Resulting From The Sorting To Waste Dumps And/Or Energy Recovery Facilities. The Objective Of This Investment Is The Conclusion Of A Service Contract For The Delegation Of The Management Of The Sorting Of Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Collected Separately In Sector 2 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest, Including The Transport Of The Residues Resulting From The Sorting To Waste Dumps And/Or Facilities Of Energy Recovery, Based On The Estimated Quantities Of Recyclable Waste Collected Separately From Sector 2 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest And Accepted At The Sorting Station, Average (In Years 1-5) Of 45,629 Tons/Year, For The Duration Of 5 Years (60 Months ). In The Course Of The Contract, New Types Of Waste Can Be Introduced (Ex: Textiles, Waste Of Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Bulky Tires, Aluminum Cans, Etc.), Other Than Those Mentioned For Which The Operator Is Authorized Under Art. 221 Para. (1) Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016, The Main Objectives Pursued By The Delegate When Making The Initial Purchase, The Main Object Of The Contract And The Main Rights And Obligations Provided For In The Contract, Including The Main Quality And Performance Requirements Remain The Same, As They Are Related To The Fulfillment Of The Legal Provisions In The Field Sanitation. Based On The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (1) Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016, The Contracting Authority Opts For Supplementing The Quantities Of Services Already Purchased, The Maximum Level Up To Which Such Supplement Will Be Possible Being Up To 10% Of The Initial Value, According To The Conditions Provided By Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Conditional On The Existence/Assurance Of The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose, In Relation To The Thresholds Corresponding To The Respective Type Of Contract Provided For In Art. 7 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016 And Taking Into Account The Procedure Carried Out. The Right Of The Contracting Authority To Opt For Supplementing The Quantities Of Services Is Conditioned By The Existence Of The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose. The Estimated Value Of The Initial Contract Can Be Supplemented By The Amount Of 21,418,937.00 Lei Without Vat, If The Purchaser Opts For The Supplement To The Maximum Level Provided For The Quantities Of Services Requested, Depending On The Needs. Such An Addition May Be Made (Being An Option At The Delegates Discretion) Within The Limit Of 10% Of The Total Amount Related To The Contract. The Changes Related To The New Types Of Waste Introduced In The Contract, Will Be Agreed Through An Additional Act With The Related Substantiation At The Time Of The Emergence Of The Need Of The Contracting Authority For The New Types Of Waste. The Unit Rate For This Change Will Be Established According To The Substantiation Sheet Developed According To Order No. 640/2022, In Compliance With The Legal/Contractual Provisions Regarding The Approval And Substantiation Of The Tariff.
