Lapit Oy (Customer) Is An In-House Company Producing Ict And Information Management Services Owned By Municipalities And Municipal Associations. Our Owner-Customers Currently Include A Total Of 34 Organizations And Our Operating Area Covers The Regions Of Northeast Finland And Lapland. Lapit Oy Requests Offers For A High-Level Telecommunications Architect With Very Good Technical Skills, Documentation Skills And Interaction Skills. The Selected Expert Will Work In Close Cooperation With Lapits Telecommunications Team. The Selected Expert Plans And Implements Changes And Documentation Related To Our Architecture. He Leads Technical Planning And Technical Architecture Work In Lapits Telecommunications Team. He Can Also Act As The Main Designer Or Responsible Architect Of Projects. He Is Responsible For The Implementation Of Change Management Related To Information Traffic And Acts As A Member Of Our Problem Solving Team When Necessary. We Are Looking For A Very Experienced Architect With A High Level Of Competence. We Estimate That The Amount Of Expert Work To Be Purchased Is Approximately 20 (+- 15%) Hours Per Week. However, The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Customer Reserves The Right To Purchase Other Expert Services From The Selected Supplier Based On The Contract Made Based On The Tender. The Customer Has The Right To Apply For A Personal Security Clearance Referred To In The Security Clearance Act Regarding The Suppliers Personnel Within The Scope Of The Security Clearance Act. The Agreement Is Valid For Three (3) Years From Its Signing. The Acquisition Also Includes One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period, After Which The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely. The Use Of The Option Is The Subscribers Right, Not An Obligation.
