In Order To Create The Special Competition Track, The Following Types And Quantities Of Equipment Will Be Procured: Tent: 15X10 M Storage Tent 1 Pc 20X30 M Event Tent 1 Pc The Bid Price Must Include The Following: • The Cost Of The Equipment To Be Purchased; • The Delivery And Installation Of The Devices (In Particular: Carrying Out All Kinds Of Logistical Tasks, Depositing The Devices In The Designated Place, Unpacking, Removing The Generated Waste, Handing Over The Devices In A Ready-To-Use State, Including Assembly); • The Commissioning Of The Devices In Accordance With The Relevant Manufacturers Specifications, As Well As - At The Request Of The Bidder - Providing Instruction In Their Use To The Bidder; • Warranty During Bidding, Only New Devices Can Be Offered.
