The firm must submit valid legal certificates-Registration, Tax certificate, and any other relevant certificates. 2. The firm must have experience in the audit of Food Security and Livelihood programs. 3. The firm must have experience in the audit of NGOs funded Programs/projects. 4. The firm must have qualified and experienced staff who will conduct the audit (copies of the CVs must be shared). 5. The firm must submit the proposed audit duration (period may not exceed 3 weeks). 6. The firm must submit its quotation in USD. 7. The quotation should clarify the terms on accommodation, flight, per diem etc. 8. The firm must state the terms of payments. 9. The firm must submit contacts of current and previous clients.
