Organization Of Architectural Design Contests – Project Competition For The Preparation Of Design And Technical Documentation For A New Public Administration Building. The Tender Is Conducted In Accordance With Chapter Ii. Articles 327-331. Of The Law On Public Procurement (Official Gazette 120/2016, 114/2022 - Hereinafter: Ppl) And Other Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act That Apply To The Tender, As Well As The Provisions Of The Ordinance On Tenders In The Field Of Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design And Landscaping (Official Gazette 85 /14) Croatian Chamber Of Architects (Further: Rulebook), The Provisions Of Which All Tender Participants Are Obliged To Adhere To, If They Do Not Contradict The Public Law. The Competition Is Conducted In The Croatian Language And The Latin Script. Pursuant To Article 133 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Conducted Tender Will Be A Condition For Starting The Negotiation Procedure Without Prior Announcement For The Award Of The Contract On Public Procurement Of Services. Parts Of Tender Conditions According To Art. 37 Of The Ordinance, Which Are Not Specified In These Tender Terms, Are An Integral Part Of The Instructions For Participants. Competitor Defined In Art. 2. Paragraph 1. Of The Ordinance In Accordance With The Ppl Is Considered A Tender Participant. The Winner Of The Competition, I.E. The Person Authorized To Design, Proposed By The Author Of The First-Prized Work, Will Be Invited To Participate In The Negotiations. The Competition Is Open, Public, General, In One Stage For Realization, 1St Stage Of Complexity, For The Creation Of A Conceptual Architectural-Urban Solution For The City Administration Building In The Area Of Ribnjak. The Subject Of The Competition Is The Conceptual Architectural Urban Solution Of The City Administration Building In The Area Of Ribnjak With Landscaping.
