Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Microsoft Licenses, Maintenance Services Licenses, Microsoft License Support Services, Microsoft 365 Backup Component Licenses, Licenses For Securing The Use Of Service Applications (Saas). Purchase By Concluding A Framework Agreement For The Following Microsoft Licenses, Maintenance Services Licenses, Microsoft License Support Services, Microsoft 365 Backup Component Licenses, Licenses For Securing The Use Of Service Applications (Saas), According To All The Requirements Of Specification No. . 45928/22.04.2024. The Contracting Entity Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 36 Months With An Estimated Number Of 3 Subsequent Contracts For An Estimated Period Of 12 Months Each. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of Services/Products To Be Rendered/Supplied Throughout The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Are Those Stipulated In The Specifications - Annex 1. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Distribute And Redistribute, If Necessary, The Quantities Actual Services/Products Within The Framework Of The Three Subsequent Contracts Within The Maximum Limit Of The Quantities Estimated To Be Executed Based On The Framework Agreement, According To Annex 1 To The Cs. The Quantities Of Products And Services Contracted And Not Used Within A Subsequent Contract Can Be Redistributed Within Subsequent Subsequent Contracts In Whole Or In Part. In Accordance With Art. 172 Para. (2) From Law No. 99/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Entity Establishes A Deadline In Which It Will Respond (Consolidated) Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, As Follows: 10 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers For Requests For Clarifications Sent Up To The 15Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Deadlines For Responding To The Clarifications Were Established So That The Economic Operators Have An Adequate Period To Analyze The Award Documentation And, Subsequently, To Prepare The Offers Through The Prism Of The Answers Provided By The Contracting Entity. Only Requests For Clarifications Addressed By Economic Operators Within The Aforementioned Deadline Will Be Answered.
