Tenders are invited for Invitation to Tender for Provision of Fabric Maintenance Services SCOPE OF WORK/DURATION These services are expected to commence during the 4th quarter of 2024. The expected duration of the services is five (5) years plus two (2) year optional extension period. The scope for the provision of Fabric Maintenance Services for JV Assets for TOTALENERGIES EP NIGERIA LIMITED (TEPNG). This will conclude; i. Routine blasting painting (touch-up only) ii. Scaffolding design and erection iii. Insulation repairs and replacement iv. Gratings and handrails repairs & replacement v. Small structure repairs & replacements vi. Replacement of valves, bolting, gaskets, piping accessories. vii. Assistance to operations in isolation and spading viii. Small piping repairs & like for like replacement ix. Rope access for maintenance and repairs activities x. Onstream leak repair system (rated clamps and composite repair) xi. General and low specific activities scale cleaning xii. Vessel inspection assistance. CLOSING DATE Only Tenderers who are prequalified and LIVE in the applicable NIPEX category specified in section 3 of this advert as at 16:00hrs on 9th May, 2024 being the advert closing date shall be invited to submit Technical and Commercial Bids.
