The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of USD100 or 2,105,100 Lao Kip in cash or Demand Draft or Pay order beginning on 27 April 2024. The Bidding Document (i) may be claimed personally at the Employers addresses above, or (ii) may be delivered by courier and can be arranged upon request by bidders for additional fee of USD50 (fifty US Dollars). The Employer will assume no liability for loss or late delivery. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 hours on 11 June 2024.
