Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Semolina Cleaning And Related Processes

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of New Semolina Cleaning Equipment Of The So-Called Reform To The Current Mill Operation Of The Company Český Mlynář S.R.O. The Current Milling Capacity Of The Existing Production Line For Wheat Products, Which Includes The Required Semolina Cleaners, Is 100 Tons Of Wheat Per Day. The Solution Of All Supplied Components To The Existing Grinding Line Needs To Be Over-Dimensioned For The Stated Performance. The Technological Line Must Consist Of Semolina Cleaners, New Filters, Fans, Collection Conveyors, Drop Pipe, Scale And Control Seeder. The Reconstruction Also Includes The Automation Of Grain Intake. The Entire Project Of This Reconstruction Is The Subject Of The Optak Energy Saving Subsidy Project, The Aim Of Which Is To Reduce Energy Consumption Compared To The Current State. This Condition Must Therefore Be Met When New Equipment Is Delivered And Will Be Subject To Monitoring And Control During The Next 12 Months. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Complete Delivery Of A Technological Line In The Design & Build Mode. (This Is The So-Called Turnkey Implementation Of The Work). The Technological Line Will Be Carried Out According To The Proposal Of The Participant, Respecting The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Set Out In The Tender Documentation Annexes.
