Scope Of Work The Ministry Of Natural Resources And Forestry Operates An Outdoors Card Program. Resident And Non-Resident Anglers And Hunters Have To Apply To The Ministry To Receive Their Outdoors Cards. Throughout The Year, The Ministry Issues Outdoors Cards That May Include Applicable Licenses. Outdoors Cards Are Valid For 3 Years And Expire On December 31St. The Ministry Is Looking For The Supplier To Provide All Materials And Produce Personalized Plastic Outdoors Cards, Paper Card Carriers And Envelopes. The Deliverables Include The Production, Personalization And Mailing Of Outdoors Cards, Carriers And Envelopes As Further Described In This Rfb. The Volumes Of Outdoors Cards That Will Have To Be Personalized Will Vary Each Year, But Approximately 1.9 Million Cards Will Be Processed In Total During The Term, Including All Extension Terms. The Expected Annual Volume Is Approximately 625,000 Cards. On An Annual Basis, The Ministry Generally Uses 350,000 – 500,000 Mailing Envelopes Within Canada And 200,000 – 350,000 Mailing Envelopes For Outside Of Canada. The Volumes That Are Stated Here Are Estimates Based On Historical Data. A Variance Above Or Below The Estimated Volumes Will Occur. The Contract Will Have A Start Date Of Approximately September 1, 2024. The Supplier Is To Be Ready To Commence Production Of The Cards By October 29, 2024.
