The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Swimming Pool At Ul. Niepodległości In Żagań, Based On Design Documentation Prepared By Metropolis Biuro Architektoniczne Ul. Narutowicza 12, 70-240 Szczecin And On The Basis Of A Replacement Construction Design Prepared By: Agraria Sp. Z O. O. Street M. Konopnicka 6, 00-491 Warszawa. The Investment Is Planned In The Complex Of The Historic Municipal Swimming Pool At Ul. Niepodległości 6, On Plots With Registration Numbers 812 And 813 Located Within The Registration Area 0002 Żagań. The Investment Will Be Carried Out Within The Palace And Park Complex, Which Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. L-116/A. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Supervision And Archaeological And Conservation Research During The Investment. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check And Estimate The Amount Of Required Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Works Contract Will Be A Lump Sum, In The Event Of A Larger Quantity Of Specific Works Included In The Project In Any Bill Of Quantities Item During The Works, It Cannot Be Considered As Additional Works Requiring Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price. Due To The Above, The Contractor Cannot Refer To Any Deficiencies In The Bill Of Quantities And Demand An Increase In Remuneration Based On Them. If Any Discrepancies Are Noticed Between Individual Elements Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For Clarification Before Submitting The Offer, Because As Part Of The Remuneration Given In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Works Provided For In Any Of The Documents Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Contractors Offer Should Include All Necessary Works To Ensure The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.4.8. Other Additional Information To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order; 2) The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate These Parts Of The Order In The Offer And, If Known, Provide Names Of These Subcontractors;3) The Ordering Party Does Not Award The Contract In Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers, Because Dividing The Order Into Parts Or Allowing The Submission Of Partial Offers Would Involve Excessive Technical Difficulties In Carrying Out The Task And Excessive Costs Of Carrying Out The Order And Could Jeopardize The Timely Completion Of The Entire Order. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer; 5) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding A Contract Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law;6) If The Ordering Party, In The Design Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Refers To Trademarks, Patents, The Origin Of The Product Or Its Source When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Then Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Or Equivalent Should Be Understood As Material, Equipment, Equipment With Parameters, Quality Of Workmanship And Production Technology Not Worse Than Those In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting The Swz, And Relating To The Indicated Material, Equipment, Equipment; 7) The Investment Is Covered By Co-Financing From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Public About The Fact Of Co-Financing For The Implementation Of The Task From The Polish Government Fund: Investment Program - In The Form Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 80X120 Cm (With The Text And Logo Provided By The Ordering Party) During The Implementation Of The Investment And After Its Completion; 8) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor, Before Submitting The Offer, Obtain A Local Visa At The Place Of Investment Implementation And Become Familiar With The Documents Provided By The Ordering Party On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure.
