Opolska 26A In Tarnowskie Góry Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Silesian Voivodeship Under No. A/388/12 Of. 19/11/2012 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Part A: Reconstruction Of The Residential Premises At Ul. Opolska 26A/6 For The Needs Of A Sheltered/Training Apartment Along With Its General Renovation, Including The Reconstruction Of Internal Installations. The Required Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is At Least 3 Years (In Words: Three Years), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works By The Ordering Party, The Investors Supervision Inspector And The Contractor, With The Exception Of Guarantees For Devices Covered By Manufacturers Factory Guarantees. Which Should Be At Least 2 Years. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended) In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order Of Persons Performing Activities Included In The So-Called Direct Costs. Therefore, This Requirement Applies To People Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Persons: Managing Construction Or Works, Providing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials.7. Where A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation And Are Consistent In Terms Of: 1) Dimensions And Construction (Size, Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components) ,2) Functional Character (Identity Of Functions),3) Material Characteristics (Type And Quality Of Materials),4) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Hydraulic Data, Linear Characteristics, Design),5) Safety Parameters Of Use,6) Emission Standards.8. The Contractor, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Present Safety Signs For The Indicated Materials, A Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approval Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Transposing European Standards Or Equivalent Or The Standard Of The Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing This Standard Or Equivalent Or The Polish Standard Or Equivalent In The Absence Of A Polish Standard Transferring European Ones.9. Whenever Polish Standards Are Mentioned In The Construction Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bills Of Quantities, It Should Be Understood As Polish Standards Translating European Or Equivalent Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Or Equivalent Or Other Standards Or Documents, Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act.10. The Materials, Equipment And Devices Used To Perform The Contract Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended). As Amended), The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And The Requirements Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Swz.11.
