The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Adaptation Of The K-3 Staircase And The Rooms Covered By The Study To The Applicable Fire Safety Regulations And The Modernization Of Part Of The Building Of The Fryderyk Chopin University Of Music As Part Of The Task Reconstruction Of The Terrace And Ground Floor In The Southern Part Of The Fcum Building At Ul. Okólnik 2 In Warsaw, Based On Designs By Pracownia Architektoniczna Bns S.C., Revision To The Design Of Bns S.C. By Pracownia Architekci Rafał I Monika Depowscy Spółka Z O. O. And The Project Of Adapting The K-3 Staircase To Fire Protection Requirements By Pracownia Grzegory & Partnerzy Architekci, Based On The Fire Protection Requirements Included In The Technical Expertise On The State Of Fire Protection Of The Building Of The Fryderyk Chopin University Of Music In Warsaw, Prepared In 2013 By M.Eng. Lesława Dec, M.Eng. Fire Roman Deca And M.Eng. Andrzej Pol And The Annex To The Above Expert Opinion Prepared In 2018 By Dr. Eng. Przemysław Kubica And Eng. Marian Nocula. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Works In The Interior Of The Ground Floor; • Works On The Facade; • Works On The Terrace (Ground Floor) • Works In The Area Along The Eastern Façade • Works Related To Adapting The K-3 Staircase To Fire Protection Requirements. Moreover, The Subject Of The Order Includes Handing Over To The Ordering Party : Construction Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation; Performance Of Tests, Examinations And Expert Opinions, If Such Prove Necessary During Construction; Granting A Warranty. The Ordering Party Expects, First Of All, Preparatory Work To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Presented Construction Organization Plan, Including Protection Of The Remaining Part Of The Facility Against Dust From The Work Site And Protection Of Corridors And Supply Routes. Preparatory And Security Works Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Within Two Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Agreement. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Determined By: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract With Annexes; 2) Construction And Executive Designs And Technical Designs (In The Case Of Adapting The K-3 Staircase To Applicable Fire Protection Regulations.
