Connecting The Building To The Municipal Heating Network Along With Adapting The Basement Room Into An Exchange Room, Installing A Central Heating Installation; 2. Liquidation Of Old Solid Fuel Heating Devices;3. Separation Of Bathroom Rooms In Apartments No. 1, 1A, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 And 14 And Renovation Of The Bathroom In Apartment No. 3 Along With The Necessary Renovation Of The Above-Mentioned. Apartments;4. Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Water And Sewage Installation;5. Addition And Arrangement Of Chimney Flues In The Building;6. Modernization Of Electrical Installations In Apartments, Including The Installation Of Electric 4-Burner Stoves With An Oven And Electric Water Heaters;7. Modernization Of The Electrical, Lightning Protection And Low-Current Installations In The Building;8. Is An Element Separated From The Design Documentation Regarding The Development Of The Entire Area Around The Building, Which Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Contract In Question.
