1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling Of The Building Of The Małopolska Teacher Training Center In Krakow, Ul. Garbarska 1, As Part Of The Investment Task No. 0-00000-0346-Mcdn Entitled Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation In The Mcdn Building Of The Center In Krakow, Ul. Garbarska 1. Mcdn Center Building In Krakow, Ul. Garbarska 1 - The Former Mostowski/Tyszkiewicz Palace, Where The Renovation Will Take Place, Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number A - 323 L. Div. Kl.V. 680/309/75 Of November 19, 1975 And Is Located In The Area Of The Historical Urban Layout Of Kleparz, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. A-648. The Annex Building Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. Mcdn Building The Center In Krakow, As A Public Building, Includes: The Tyszkiewicz Palace, I.E. The Main Building Of The Palace, The Outbuilding And The Connecting Bridge Between Both Buildings.2. The Renovation Involves Insulating The Attic Ceiling Of Both The Main Building And The Outbuilding. The Scope Of The Renovation Includes: 1) Removal Of The Upper Floor Layers Of The Attic Ceiling To The Level Of The Formwork; 2) Insulation Of The Unused Attic Ceiling With Mineral Wool; 3) Construction Of A Technical Floor With Osb Boards On Joists, Above The Designed Attic Insulation. Note: The Subject Of This Order Does Not Include Renovation. Central Heating Installation In The Mcdn Building Of The Center In Krakow, Ul. Garbarska 1, Which Has Already Been Completed. The Renovation Only Concerns The Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling Of Both The Main Building And The Annex. Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling: 1) In The Palace Building And The Annex, Where There Is A Wooden Ceiling - It Should Include The Dismantling Of The Upper Layers Of Brick Flooring On The Backfill, Up To The Upper Layer Of Formwork; Placing Thermal Insulation Made Of Mineral Wool On The Ceiling, Between The Designed Joists; Covering The Wool With Osb Boards Attached To The Joists, 2) In The Palace Building, Where There Is A Densely Ribbed Ceiling Next To The Staircase - This Should Include Placing Thermal Insulation Of Mineral Wool On The Ceiling, Between The Designed Joists; Covering The Wool With Osb Boards Attached To The Joists. The Ceiling Above The First Floor Is On Wooden Beams: After Removing The Floor Layers, On The Upper Layer Of Formwork, After Spreading The Foil, Place Wooden Joists, Every 2-3 M Additionally Reinforce With Transverse Boards, Make Thermal Insulation Between The Joists With 20 Cm Thick Mineral Wool, The Whole Thing Should Be Finished With A Technical Floor Made Of Osb Boards. 22 Mm Attached To The Joists, Leaving A 2 Cm Ventilation Gap Between The Insulation And The Boards. Attention! The Dimensions Of The Joists Vary Depending On The Type Of Ceiling Layers: 1) In Part Of The Main Building And In The Eastern Part Of The Outbuilding, 4/22 Cm Joists Are Installed, In The Western Part Of The Annex, 4/15 Cm Joists Are Installed. The Joists Should Be Placed At A Spacing Of 80 Cm, With A Transverse Stiffening Every 2-3 M, On Roofing Felt Bases. 2) Densely Ribbed Ceiling Above The First Floor: In Part Of The Main Building - The Palace, The Ceiling Is Made As An Akerman Ceiling, The Ceiling, Similarly To The Wooden Ceiling, After Laying The Joists, Is Thermally Insulated With Mineral Wool And Finished With Osb Boards Gr. 22 Mm. The Scope Of The Renovation Should Also Include All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Correct And Comprehensive Execution Of The Subject Of Construction Works, Including Protection Of Ceiling Lamps And Communication Routes Against Damage With Protective Foil. The Contractor Must Secure The Work Site By Separating It From The Rest Of The Building So As To Minimize The Spread Of Dust Outside The Work Area. 3. Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling Will Be Carried Out In The Centers Building, Which Is Open 5 Days A Week (Excluding Holidays) From 6:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Allows The Center Building To Be Made Available To The Contractor Also On Saturdays At Previously Agreed Hours, If Necessary, After The Contractor Has Notified The Ordering Party At Least 7 Days In Advance.4. All Materials Used Must Comply With The Provisions Of Relevant Standards And Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates Of Approval For Use In Construction. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement With The Help Of Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations And Equipped With Appropriate Equipment And Tools, As Well As To Mark The Construction Site, Ensure Supervision Over Occupational Health And Safety, Ensuring Fire Protection, Ongoing Removal Of Failures Related To Construction, Implementation Of Security Measures In The Area Of Works Being Carried Out. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Removal And Disposal Of Rubble From The Demolition Of The Ceiling, Who Will Attach A Waste Transfer Card For Disposal To The As-Built Documentation. .The Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations, Standards, And In Particular The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Those Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Tender Procedure Is Only Auxiliary/Informative Material. The Bidder Should Check This Data (Bill Of Quantities) In Terms Of Quantity And Scope And Make His Calculations Based On The Design Documentation Provided With The Swz. The Bidder Is Fully Responsible For The Validity And Correctness Of The Submitted Offer, Regardless Of The Items Of Work Included In The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature To Help The Contractor Prepare The Offer. The Bill Of Quantities Is A Development Secondary To The Design And Technical Specifications And It Does Not Determine The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Design Documentation Is Superior To The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor, With An Agreed Lump Sum Remuneration, Will Be Obliged To Perform, During The Execution Of The Order, Also The Scope That Was Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, But Was Covered By The Entire Documentation Of The Subject Of The Order Made Available By The Ordering Party; The Lack Of Certain Elements In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Carrying Out The Work Covered By The Project.
