The Insurance Should Be Valid For The Entire Period Of Execution Of This Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of A Policy Issued For A Period Shorter Than The Order Execution Period, Along With The Contractors Written Commitment To Maintain Continuity Of Insurance Throughout The Entire Contract Execution Period. If The Insurance Period Is Shorter Than The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Before The Expiry Of The Applicable Policy, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party An Annex To The Policy Or Another Policy Concluded On No Worse Terms And Conditions Within 7 Days Before The Expiry Of The Policy. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Insurance Policy Certified Compliance With The Original. F) The Ordering Party, For Its Own Use, Reserves The Right To Request From The Contractor An As-Built Cost Statement And Possibly Other As-Built, Material And Financial Statements, Required E.G. By The Co-Financing Institution. Implementation Of The Task, Including The As-Built Cost Estimate Signed By The Contractor And The Investor Supervision Inspector.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Offering Materials Equivalent To Those Specified In The Design Documentation, I.E.
