1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Construction Of An Underground Storage Tank With The Necessary Infrastructure On The Plots No. 31/4, 36, 37, 6 In Kłecko Under The Design And Build Formula.2. The Task Is Implemented On The Basis Of An Agreement To Grant Aid For Operations Of The Water And Sewage Management Type Entitled Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Zakrzewo, Purchase Of Pumps For A Sewage Pumping Station In The Sanitary Sewage System In Gorzuchów And Construction Of A Water Supply Network At Ul. Spacerowa In Kłecko, As Well As The Construction Of An Underground Retention Reservoir In Kłecko Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure Enabling Its Proper Functioning - Under The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Creation, Improvement Or Expansion Of All Types Of Small Infrastructure, Including Investments In Renewable Energy And Energy Saving Covered By The Rural Development Program For 2014–2020.3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order (Construction Works Including Built-In Materials) For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Acceptance. And Evacuation, - Obtaining The Necessary Consents, Opinions And Arrangements.
