Preparation Of A General Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Pizp Act, And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 I, 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As The Implementing Provisions To This Act, Including: 1) Making Analysis Of The Initial Material, Including In Particular Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, Applications For The Preparation Of Amendments To Spatial Planning Acts, Existing Conditions (Including Environmental, Geological, Cultural Heritage, Etc.);2) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Announcements And Announcements: About Starting To Develop The Plan, About Starting Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary Consultations As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Announcements Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Summaries Of Opinions And Arrangements, And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works;3) Preparation Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain The Required Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission, According To The Distribution List Indicated By The Contractor; 4) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From The Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Necessary, If Necessary, If Necessary To Prepare The Content Complaints About Decisions;5) Placing Required Announcements In The Press And Covering The Costs Of Their Publication;6) Physical Participation In: Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Study Walks, Designers Duties, Conducting Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geo-Surveys, Collecting Comments , Running A Consultation Point (Method, Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plan As Part Of Public Consultations, Including Providing Explanations To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral);7) Preparing (In Consultation With The Ordering Party) Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geo-Surveys, Announcements, Announcements, Notifications And Others In The Procedure For Preparing The Plan Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act On Pizp, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8Il 8J And 8K Of The Pizp Act,8) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Social Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project (Physical Participation), During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission (Physical Participation) And Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors (Council Committees Commune And Sessions - Physical Participation);9) Preparing A Justification For The Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Development Of Spatial Data For The Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act (At Various Stages Of Plan Development),10) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended),11) Preparing An Ecophysiographic Study,12) Introducing Changes Resulting From The Voivodes Supervisory Decisions Into The Resolution Approving The Plan, Responding To These Decisions (Possibly Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Required By The Voivode),13) Responding To Complaints Filed With The Voivodeship Administrative Court And The Supreme Administrative Court; The Plan That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular: - The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, - Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended), - Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item . 1094, As Amended), - In Accordance With Local Legal Acts, - Taking Into Account Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, - Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads. The Area Covered By The Plan Is 9,835 Ha. The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Individual Stages Indicated In The Objective And Financial Schedule Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement In Regarding Public Procurement, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract (Annex No. 8 To The Swz).
