The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Oils, Greases, Hydraulic Fluids And Other Operating Fluids For The Ordering Partys Motor Vehicles. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Ordered Products Belong To The Same Type Of Goods, Offered By The Same Contractors, And The Size Order Allows Entities From The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Operating On The Market To Participate In The Procedure And Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order. A) Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Instructions Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Contract. B) Each Delivery Includes Transport And Unloading, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, I.E. To The Ordering Partys Warehouses Located In: - Świebodzin, Ul. Poznańska 10,- Lubsko, Ul. Emilii Plater 15A,- Klenica, Ul. Bolesław Chrobrego 76C) The Detailed Assortment And Quantities Will Be Provided By The Ordering Partys Representative By E-Mail To The Contractors Address. D) Until The Ordering Party Receives The Order, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor. E) The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse Acceptance Of A Defective Delivery Item Or In The Event Of Its Non-Compliance With The Placed Order. F) The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Identified Quantitative And Qualitative Defects In The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract And Undertakes To Consider The Ordering Partys Complaint Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Its Receipt. If The Complaint Is Accepted, The Contractor Guarantees That The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Replaced With A Defect-Free One Within The Next 5 Business Days. After This Time, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Purchase The Identical Product Range From A Third Party At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. In Such A Case, The Cost Is The Difference Between The Price Offered By The Contractor And The Costs Of Purchasing The Goods From Another Entity. G) The Delivered Goods Must Be In Original Packaging, Intact, Meet The Standards Applicable In Poland And Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Attestations And Certificates At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.
