Construction And Reconstruction Of Access Roads To The Fields, 1.2. Land Reclamation: - Clearing, Plowing Fallow Land, - Fertilizing Soil, Leveling The Area, - Plowing, 1.3. Construction And Modernization Of Ditches And Construction Of Culverts.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed According To The Scope Presented In Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes:3.1. Obtaining All Documents, If Required, I.E. Extracts From The Land Register, Extracts From The Land Register, Basic Maps.3.2. Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes To The Extent Necessary To Prepare Documentation.3.3. Preparation Of A Geotechnical Opinion (The Opinion Should Include Approximately 15 Geological Drillings In The Area Covered By The Application).3.4. Preparation Of An Executive Design Taking Into Account The Scope Of Post-Consolidation Works Presented In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Together With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements, Including: - Construction And Reconstruction Of Agricultural Transport Roads To The Plots, - Modernization And Construction Of Drainage Facilities, - Recultivation Of Post-Consolidation Plots. 3.5. Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template. In The Present Proceedings, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, There Are No Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700 And 2140 And Of 2023, Items 240 And 641), Therefore The Ordering Party Does Not Determine On The Basis Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Order Under An Employment Contract.
