On The Road 1974N; Surface Preparation Of The Ac11s Kr Wearing Course 1-2 Gr. 4 Cm On Roads 1790N And 1892N, Along With Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion.  Surface Preparation Of The Binding Layer Ac 11S Kr 3-4 Gr. 4 Cm On Road 1974N;  Construction Of Roadsides Made Of C50/30 Natural Aggregate On All Renovated Sections;  On The Approximately 200 M Long Section Of District Road No. 1790N In Wilkasy, Works Related To The Replacement Of The Road Surface Along With The One-Sided Shoulder Should Be Carried Out. This Applies To The Section From The Intersection With The Municipal Road, I.E. Road Plot No. 78, Zatyki District, Gołdap Commune, Towards The Intersection With The District Road No. 1883N Leading To The Town Of Zatyki, Kozaki. The Ordering Party Will Provide Details On The Work Site. - Replacement Of Vertical Signs On All Renovated Sections; - Installation Of Steel Protective Barriers On Roads No. 1974N And 1790N; - On The Road No. 1974N, New Exits To Adjacent Properties Will Be Additionally Planned. The Construction Of The Exits Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Tender Documentation (Bill Of Quantities); - The Height Should Be Related To The Elevations Of The Existing Exits And The Existing Ground Level; - Laying Of Individual Layers Of Bituminous Surface (Leveling, Binding, Wearing) Should Take Place Over The Entire Width Of The Road. It Is Not Allowed To Arrange The Above-Mentioned Individual Items. Half Of The Road Layers!!!  You Should Also Remember To Use Standard Offsets Of 1:1.5 On Individual Layers Of The Newly Constructed Bituminous Surface!!! The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In The Bills Of Quantities Provided. Design Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works On The Contractors Side. The Board Must Be Made Made Of Galvanized Sheet With A Double Rolled Edge And Mounted On A Galvanized Post With A Diameter Of 60 Mm And A Wall Thickness Of 6.3 Mm. The Board Should Be Installed At The Commencement Of Construction Works Or Other Activities Aimed Directly At Implementing The Task On Each Road Being The Subject Of The Investment In A Place Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Provide A Five-Year Warranty For The Information Board. Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. The Duties Of The Supervisory Inspector In The Above-Mentioned The Task Will Include The Full Scope Of Activities Provided For By The Supervision Inspector In The Currently Applicable Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, And In Addition: 1) Control Of The Works At Every Stage Of Their Implementation; 2) Control Of The Compliance Of The Construction Works In Terms Of Technical And Material Aspects, Functional And Economic, With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Notification Of Construction Works, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards, As Well As With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge;3) Checking The Quality Of Completed Construction Works And Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Construction Products And Not Approved For Use In Construction;4) Coordination Of Works;5) Checking And Acceptance Of Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, As Well As Preparation And Participation In The Acceptance Activities Of Construction Works;6) Collecting Photo Documentation Of The Progress Of Works And Making Them Available To The Ordering Party Upon His Request;7) Authorizing Only The Contractors And Subcontractors Employees Reported To The Ordering Party Are Allowed To Work On The Construction Site; 8) Confirming The Work Actually Performed And Removing Defects; 9) Checking Documents Submitted By The Contractor For Final Acceptance; 10) Settling The Settlement Of Completed And Accepted Works, In Accordance With The Contract Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Works Contractor;11) Confirmation Of Readiness For Acceptance, Carrying Out Final Acceptance In The Presence Of The Ordering Party And The Works Contractor, Checking And Verifying Measurements And Cost Estimates;12) Participating In Meetings Organized By The Works Contractor Or The Ordering Party And Preparing Minutes Of The Meetings;13) Conducting Investor Supervision In In The Event Of Additional Works On The Above-Mentioned Principles (Within The Remuneration Established In The Contract);14) Carrying Out Inspections During The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor;15) Providing Advice And Opinions, Reconciling Documents And Any Other Activities Aimed At The Proper Implementation Of The Task - In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Ordering Partys Guidelines; 16) Systematic Control Of Construction Logs.
