The Contract Provides For The Performance Of Works Consisting In: 1) Tree Crown Care: A) Forming Cuts Young Trees (Scope: 718 Trees);B) Care Of The Crowns Of Older Trees In Terms Of Sanitary, Corrective, Screening And Technical Cuts (Scope: 200 Trees);C) Minor Technical Cuts Of Trees (I.E. Pruning Of Root Suckers Or Trunks, Trimming Branches Colliding With Technical Infrastructure And Others) (Scope: 100 Trees);2) Cutting Down Trees With A Trunk Circumference Of Up To 100 Cm At A Height Of 130 Cm With Milling Of Trunks (Scope: 45 Trees),3) Cutting Down Trees With A Trunk Circumference Over 100 Cm At A Height Of 130 Cm With Stump Milling (Scope: 30 Pcs. Trees), 4) Stump Milling (Scope: 5 Pcs.), 5) Shrub Removal Along With Tidying Up The Area And Filling Holes (Scope: 200 M2),6) Technical Cutting Of Bushes (I.E. Trimming Branches: Colliding With Infrastructure, To Improve Visibility In Road Lanes And Others (Scope: 3,000 Meters).2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Generated Waste To The Company Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu - Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością In Jarocin (Witaszyczki, Ul. Im. Mariusz Małynicza 1, 63-200 Jarocin), The Costs Related To The Management Of Waste Generated During The Works Will Be Covered By The Contractor.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions (In Particular The Nature Protection Act), Current Technical And Horticultural Knowledge, Due Diligence And Based On Applicable Standards And In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines.4. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Improper Compliance With The Ordering Partys Recommendations, Which Will Result In Damage Or Destruction Of Trees In Accordance With The Nature Protection Act.5. The Contractor Is Responsible For Proper Marking And Securing Of The Works Being Carried Out And For Introducing Changes In The Traffic Organization In Connection With The Works Performed.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All Formalities And Bear All Costs Related To The Occupation Of The Road, If Necessary.7. The Work Must Not Cause Nuisance To Third Parties Or Threaten The Safety Or Life Of People, E.G. By Storing Waste, Etc., Among Others. On Sidewalks And Roads.8. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Proper Performance Of The Works Under The Contract, Ensuring Occupational Health And Safety Conditions And Organizational And Technical Methods, As Well As For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Involving Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Works Carried Out.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Liable For Damages Occurring On The Work Site That Are Causally Related Or Caused By Works Carried Out By The Contractor.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Recreate The Surface Of Streets And Sidewalks Damaged In Connection With The Works Carried Out Under The Subject Contract.11. After Completing The Work, The Surrounding Area Must Be Tidied Up Within 1 Day Of The Completion Of The Work, And The Waste Generated As A Result Of The Work Must Be Removed From The Work Site. Harvested Wood With A Circumference Of More Than 30 Cm Should Be Cut Into Sections 1 M Long And Transported To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Branches And Wood With A Circumference Of Less Than 30 Cm Should Be Processed With A Chipper And Transported To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail About The Commencement Of Work No Later Than One Day Before Their Commencement.14. After Completing The Works Specified In §1 Section, The Contractor Is Obliged To Send 1 Reports On The Work Performed And Photographic Documentation Of The Work Site, No Later Than 7 Days After Completion, To The E-Mail Addresses Of The Ordering Partys Representative. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Also Presented In The Draft Contract And Sst.15. The Purchaser Does Not Allow Partial Submissions. 17. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Result In Increased Costs, Implementation Difficulties And The Risk Of Delays, And Would Also Be Artificial And Pointless. 18. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.19.
