The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Vrf Air Conditioning Systems At The Nbp Training Center In Zalesie Górne, In The Design And Build Mode, And The Provision Of Periodic Inspections As Part Of The Implementation Of The 36-Month Quality Guarantee. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Three Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of The Design Documentation Along With The Transfer Of The Copyright And Derivative Rights To The Design Documentation To The Ordering Party, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Of The Copies And Media On Which It Was Recorded, To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Agreement2) Stage Ii: A) Execution Of The Works On The Basis Of The Approved And Received Design Documentation, B) Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation Along With The Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Economic Copyrights, The Right To Exercise And Permit The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights To The As-Built Documentation; C) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, 3) Stage Iii: A) Implementation Of A 36-Month Quality Guarantee For The Works And Warranty For Defects On The Terms Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B ) Periodic Inspections (The Contractor Will Perform Periodic Warranty Inspections With A Frequency Of No Less Than Once Every Six Months During The Warranty Period).
