The offer and all correspondence and documents related to the tender must be written in English. Technical Proposal, Includes: · Detailed technical Proposal that demonstrate and respond to the ToR and include at least the sections as follow: · Proposed methodology; · Ethics and child safeguarding approaches, including any identified risks and associated mitigation strategies; · Proposed timelines; and · List and CV of the composed lead consultant and all consultant team members. · Submit at least two (02) example reports of previous work of similar final project evaluation. · Submit Police Certificates of Good Conduct of consultancy firm or lead consultant leader especially where there is primary data collection.
