The Trust Reform Was Introduced In The Governments Political Platform For The Period 2021-2025. The Aim Of The Reform Is To Provide More Welfare And Better Services To Citizens By Expanding The Room For Action And Giving More Professional Freedom To The Frontline In The State And In The Municipal Sector. The Procurement Will Deal With The Trust Reforms Impact On Renewal And Innovation Work, Party Collaboration And Reporting And Control In The State Sector. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Document And Systematize Relevant Knowledge About The Intention And Principles Of The Trust Reform, And Link This To Experiences And Examples Of Work With The Trust Reform In The Public Sector In Norway. On This Basis, The Procurement Will Result In Concrete Recommendations For The Further Work On The Reform. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 900,000 Excl. Vat. To Nok 1,200,000 Excl.
